We now have 8 entries signed up
6 Commercial, 1 Political (Timms for Sheriff), and 1 Charity(ABC Club)

We have 5 Food Trucks signed up.  We talked about capping this at 6 maybe. We need to check for space and electrical availability.

Maybe they will want to be 2026 again.

The “Free” entries never sign up.  We have a page for them, so staging can be better by knowing how many cars and people will be in the starting “Section A” group

Transition to new Treasurer – Dan & Tracy did chat.
At the meeting we made the announcement. We also discussed some Treasurer items.
– I can pick up the mail since it is right by where I live.  Just need set up or need the key.
– We discussed going to Quickbooks, but since the meeting Tracy is exploring some options  like Quicken and others. Quickbooks is all online now..still will work…but doing some looking around first.

College Sports Teams need to do Community Hours, so they will be contacted to be volunteers.(By Jean maybe?)

Was wondering if Kolin still wanted to help with scheduling the stage for the reviewing stand this year?

Need to reserve the Horace Mann parking Lot (Deb ?)

Lead Volunteer Deb Farder said she would take in the Volunteer registrations, so she can remind the 2026 group when and where to be…where to park…etc..

I will be making some edits to the new web site.
1) Make most registration entries MANDATORY…because people are leaving items blank…like how many people..or if they have vehicles or not or a float.
2) Double check and change that people get the letter sent to them that we used to send on Constant contact. Right now, they just get an acknowledgement that they signed up and are redirected to our Rules page

Had a discussion about becoming a 501(c)(3).  Barry knew someone that can help and Tracy also said she can help.
