1) Shriners – $50 – although they have multiple vehicle and many people. they also bring varied entertainment,
Cool Cruiser – $50 15 cars
2) Taxes – Kolin says attorneys, Debbie says “Eck Shafer and Punke”, I’ve never heard of them mentioned before.
-This turned in a free for all. Has the parade ever done taxes
– Barry will get a W9 from and give it to a guy he know in a form to ask for options
– Past Treasurer Dan answers up to this question
3) Crystal Trent got screen shots of Stage area and RT66 VIP Flat Bed truck area.
Are we all agreeing this is where they will go? Board Agreed on the locations.
4) Had some Charities pay twice.
Got refunds to them. Tracy saw fees were involved. We will refund by Check going forward since people are local.
5) Tracy went thru tons of records to organize them
Had questions. I did some research and got them answered from what I knew.
6) I made a Grand Marshal page without really interviewing them I took what I knew and found history on their business page to create it.

10) March city council meeting to announce the parade..we get 5 minutes at the meeting.

11) Synergy signed up for $!00 and promoted business..need $300
I did reach out to Synergy via email, telling them they paid $100 for a Just For Friends category, then promoted their business, which would be $300.
12) I am a new SPONSOR..I am Sponsoring the Tipping of the Bartender at the Parade meetings.

– I read off email from Debbie to catch us all up
– She needs Green Manila Envelopes for packet up day which is Saturday before Parade day
– A guy name Connor Londrigan CLondrigan@quiggengineering.com wants to help with parade board.
Jim’suggestion is to get him set on a Volunteer position.
– Jim reached out to him via email and CC’d Deb Farder with a training video link and lots of information.
– Deb will also begin working on the narratives.
– will be getting things together as far as the line up and send so we know what spots are still open

Spoke with the Grand Marshal – we will need to get a Vehicle for then to ride on Maybe Larry Timmoney’s?
Chef is ok with doing the breakfast. Will we have Sponsors this year? (Last year Kolin & Dan Did it)

Poster to just add the main big sponsors and then put it out for printing.

Barry states we need to buy the next 10,000 wrist bands to have enough for this year.
They are about $200
He has been in contacts with the bar owners and says all of his stuff is done for now.
I believe he even has Johnie On The Spot Porta Potties reserved
Barry will get a copy of he Parade W9 from JIM to give to a tax guy he knows…to see if us NOT doing taxes has been “OK”
LEAD VOLUNTEER DEBBIE F.
She brought the new Volunteer Lauren Stilz, that together as a team want to market for volunteers.
I sent the old training video I made to her saying it needs re-done.
Start looking at who volunteers, and if there have been repeats…call the “regulars” back to invite back again.
Packet pick up Saturday before at 10am
We can get posters to Deb and Lauren if they need up in other places.
LEAD VOLUNTEER & HIGH SCHOOL LIAISON KENDAL
He is a Senior this year and going to College!!
He wants to major in MARKETING and said he would like to use his skills to help the parade!
I showed I put his idea of the compass on web page maps and he had other ideas like Color coordinating the line up
