We’ve received/paid the majority of our bills and Barry has gotten me most of the wristband money which has been deposited at BOS.

I’m still waiting on a few bills (Republic Services/CWLP) and also the bill from the City. Remind me again the estimate they provided for what they’ll be charging us?

Also, please send me any expenses that you all need to be reimbursed for and I can get those checks produced ASAP.

With the exception of the City expense, our final numbers are becoming clearer. It’s looking really good.

.

Before paying the City and any board member reimbursements we should have around $26k in the bank. That should allow us to make a sizeable donation to this year’s charity and also an additional donation to Rutledge for last year. I’ll wait until a few more items clear and we get some clarity on the City expense before I put exact numbers on the donation amounts.

My initial assessment is we can attribute this to several things:
1) excess funds we held back last year due to uncertainty on city bills that ended up getting reduced.
2) significant increase in sponsorships.
3) significant increase in registration fees due to price hike.
4) great weather = a lot of wristband sales.

The bottom line is we’re in great shape! And I’ll have a report for everyone next week.
