This is amazing. So many wanting to help us do the most important part of the parade…..lining it up and letting them off to actually start the parade.!

I did this all in 4 hours, so I request a little understanding on the quality and workmanship of the video… 🙂
This is the 1st Year we are trying this. Having a Volunteer video we can put out there that may give you a bit of an idea on what you’ll be doing.
Speaking which, I did not cover the 12 noon release and exact start of the parade. I will go over that at the registration stand. Basically, we spend the morning lining people up in numeric order……then we release them from there holding spots in that numerical order
